How to pay for Koople?
Choose a plan that meets your needs and your budget. As a Koople member, you are charged once a month.
  • Each organization in your account has a separate and different subscription plan, payment method and billing information
  • Koople uses Stripe as a payment gateway
  • Stripe accepts the following cards, which must be enabled for recurring e-commerce transactions. Read more here.

  • Koople does not store any data related to payments or billing information in our systems. All related information is stored and managed in the Stripe payment gateway, which guarantees the security and safeguarding of this data.
Plans and Pricing
Koople offers a variety of plans to meet your needs. The plan you choose will determine the number of request to our service and seats in your organization.
  • Sign up for Koople today and choose from several payment options. As a Koople member, you are charged once a month.
  • Depending on where you live, you may be charged taxes in addition to your subscription price.
  • You have the freedom to change your plan or cancel online at any time.
  • Cancel subscription means downgrade your organization plan to the Free subscription plan.
Billing and Payment
Sign in to your Account and select Subscription organization details to see your Koople plan and billing history.
  • The billing circle starts on the first day of the month.
  • Sign in to your Account and select Subscriptions on your organization to see and choose the different plans.
  • Plan upgrade takes effect immediately so you can enjoy all of the added features. You will be charged immediately with the prorated amount of the current month.
  • When you upgrade your subscription plan, the first payment is charged immediately with the prorated amount of the current month.
  • When you upgrade your subscription from a payment plan, the first payment will include a discount for the remaining days of your previous subscription plan.
  • Subscriptions renewals are charged once a month on the first day of the month.
  • A plan downgrade with a lower price takes effect on your next billing date. You can continue to use the features of the higher plan until your next billing date.
  • You can download your invoices from the Account organization Subscription section.
Questions About Tax
Below you can find answers to commonly asked questions about taxes on your monthly Koople bill.
  • Tax rates vary by country, state, territory, and even city and are based on the rates applicable at the time of your monthly charge. These amounts can change over time with local tax requirements.
  • This varies by country and depends on local regulations. Unless otherwise stated, Koople charges will include VAT or GST in countries where VAT or GST is collected. In those countries, VAT or GST tax is included in the advertised Koople price.
Vat number
Can I add VAT to my invoice?
  • VAT can be added when ordering you subscription plan.
  • Koople ask the official VIES VAT number validation page from the European Commission to validate your VAT number.
  • VAT can be added/updated after selecting your country in the VAT Exemption field (EU countries only) - find this by editing your Billing info in the Overview - Subscription section
  • We cannot amend invoices already issued. Once you've entered a valid VAT number, this will be deducted from the final price on your next invoice.
